Bellus Magazine (BM): How long have you been acting?
Olivia Crocicchia (OC): Ever since I was 5 and did a few community theater plays with my mom in Connecticut, where I’m originally from. Her momma instincts could tell I had found my passion in life in acting, and once she was sure I truly wanted to pursue it, she made damn sure I got every opportunity possible. I wouldn’t be where I am without her. She’s my hero. Hehe
BM: What was it like working on “Men women and children?
OC: It literally felt like a dream. Very surreal, being surrounded by all of these talents that I admire and respect so much. The best part about it though was Jason, he truly made the entire cast feel like family and I’ve never been in a more comfortable fun environment to work in. Experience of a lifetime.
BM: What is your favorite thing to do right now?
OC: Nothing! Haha I’m so lazy. I’ve been a couch potato lately but I’m starting to break out of my cocoon and take morning beach walks, those always leave me feeling so happy and appreciative. Disneyland is also always #1 fave thing to do ever.
BM: What was it like starring in your most recent fashion film?
OC: It’s something I’d never done before so it was an interesting new experience! It’s a really neat concept that is a super positive message for young women. I can’t wait for my little sister to see it!
BM: What advice can you give to other aspiring actors out there?
OC: Only to never give up. I’ve been pursuing my dream for a while, and while there are many times I just want to quit, I know in my heart I could never. This is what I live for, I couldn’t imagine myself without being able to express my art through acting. I love, live, and breath it. And if you do too, do not give up. It’s a hard long road, but it’s soo worth it.
BM: Whats the best place to stay up to date with your journey?
OC: My Instagram!! Only social media I really use. Catch me @livvtron
